I don't know definitively but for a similar board:
U6 is an LM293/393
U4 is an LM211/311
U3 is a TL072
These were given to me by a generally reliable source. I've never had to repair an amp with this board.
The last IC is likely a 2184.
Please post the images as was previously suggested. If someone types out a long reply and clicks an image, wiping out all they typed, they aren't likely to re-type it.
