Default Rockford Fosgate Power T1500.1BD

This amp has a strange problem..

When powerd up it has very low and distorted output ..

After about 45 mins of being on the amp will work normal again and have full output ..

It does this everytime its powerd up..

I checked all the regulators all test fine it has correct rail voltages ..

Anyone have any ideas on where to start looking?

I think audio comes in on the bottom rear-most pin on the driver board closest to the SMD regulator transistors. Do you have clean audio there?

On the crossover board, do you have clean audio on the last two pins at the rear of the board and on at least one pin on the rearmost pair of pins of the front connector on the crossover board?

How long do you have to leave it off (after it begins to work properly) for it to not work normally when you power it on again.
