JL Audio 1000/1 low ohm light

have a jl 1000/1 in for repair, came in with low ohm light on
found 2 shorted outputs removed them and the 4420 driver plus driver board, low ohms light still on
removed all outputs and 2nd driver board and 4420 light stays on when powered up
normally pretty straight forward to repair these amps, 1st time i see this fault with all fets, driver boards and 4420's removed
