Is there a simple and reliable way to re-install these heatsink clips of a DD Z1 amplifier without the use of special tools?
(the pictures shows the clip from 4 different angles)

One of the clips was damaged when I removed it.
Any suggestions where I might find an identical replacement?

It's difficult (from my experience) to find exact replacements, although you can sometimes find a manufacturer that will sell them. The AAVID Thermalloy 4525 works well enough for the TO-220 devices but they are not really reusable. The remove them, you'd grab the bottom of the clip with a pair of pliers and bent them up until they are free. They are very inexpensive so destroying them isn't a big deal.
