It is the 8 screws and the fan is connected to the board-correct?The whole board/rail slides out?
Also,I have a major cleanup on the exterior of this 2100 between super dirt that has been baked on and corrosion, have you ever come across some super solvent that cleans without stripping the paint?

You can slide both heatsinks out without removing the screws holding the clamps down. I think there are 4 screws on the corners of each heatsink.
I've never had to clean an amp with that finish. Whatever you use, try it on the inside first to make sure that it doesn't damage the finish.

I actually have 2
-One that needs cleaned and a new fan shroud put in
-another needs fan
I have removed the 8 heatsink screws and one broke damnit,so i drilled it enough to remove the heatsinks.I have started cleaning but the stuff is like bondo and you have to scrape it with a screwdriver(very carefull) to get to the red.
I dont know how i am going to get the rest of the screw out...drill it i suppose and tap/die(have not done since high school-LOL)
