Default polk componets.

Hooking up 6.5 mid and sep tweeter to the crossover network they are 4 ohm each. dose the amp see this as a 4 ohm load or a 8 ohm load.

If that are separated by the XO then the amp will still see 4 ohms. They're not really running in parallel in the sense they are each only covering their own part of the frequency spectrum. If they are not separated the amp will see a 2 ohm load if run in parallel. The only way to get 8 ohms is to run them in series which you simply wouldn't do.
