Orion Hcca 5000 Blow

The amplifier has 2 smps's and the one in the picture is broken. Orion designed the amp such that the amplifier is controlled (gain, low-voltare, smps-power and a lot more things) by the PIC16F837A. If something happens to the amp, the controller "locks" and there noone over here can unlock it. I want to bypass that controller..
I'm also looking at re-working the auxiliary smps by winding some wires on the main smps.
Right now, I've managed to turn it on and make a couple modifications, but I don't know how to control the out-put relays and the whole protection circuitry.

Thanks for the answers guys.

I hope I'm not wrong, but judging from the amp's manual, the amplifier has some assorted settings you can adjust with the Directed bitwriter. The PIC controller can also be linked to the car alarm system and it controls volume, the whole turn on sequence (delay, soft-start), SG3525 shutdown, auxiliary smps turn on and the protection circuits (overload, low-voltage etc). This controller locks when something happens with the amplifier and Directed are the only ones that can un-lock it.
I've bypassed DS1808 (dual log digital potentiometer), I've removed all the diodes on the output pins of the PIC (+5v, which doesn't allow the amp to turn on).
The auxiliary smps, with the yellow EDT transformer is removed because it blew and I can't rewind it because I don't know the number of windings.
I've managed to wind some wires on the main smps and obtain the voltages that the auxiliary smps produced(+/-15V & 12V-gnd-rail ) .
Right now, I've managed to turn it on and make a couple modifications, but I don't know how to control the out-put relays and the whole protection circuitry.

Anyone have any clues or hints ?

Ummm.. Your programing software should be fairly self explanatory. You chose the device, make sure it's in the socket and load the JDEC file into the buffer -> then burn. There are other tweaks you can do in most menu's, starting location, etc.. but the defaults will be fine and should be filled in. You have used your device programmer before?

The file is at my shop, so I won't be able to send it to you till monday evening sometime. I pulled it from an 800 model if I recall correctly and there didn't seem to be any type of security active on it so anyone should be able to pull theirs and read it. Alternativly there are plenty of people out there who would burn the image for you if you cannot. I will check back in with you when I get my hands on the file.
