Old philips stereogram

Hi all

New member here.
Ive got an old (1960s?) stereogram.
But the selector dial between phono ratio etc is stuck. Ive tried spraying wd40 but doesnt move.

Do i need to open up? And how?

Open the cabinet, spray the switch from back and allow 24-48 hours for WD40 or similar to penetrate and free up the switch.
Otherwise you will have to take it apart, clean, lube, reassemble, connect all over again.
Not for the faint hearted or inexperienced.

Any idea where to open from?
Also i noticed like a lever from behind i can move left to right behind the turntable... Any idea?

The front will have to come off.
Wait a day for the experienced members to come on line and tell you about it.
Is is afternoon here in India...night or early morning in the USA.

It would help if you quote the model number it must be on it somewhere.

The record deck by itself is a Philips GA 108/308 , not found the full item yet but looks 70,s style for general public use.
