SME SeriesII Rubber Coupling Renewal
If there is an official SME dealer or distributor in your region he MAY be able to help. Otherwise you will have to purchase directly from SME. Ask also for Service Sheet No. 25
I have recently posted on rubber coupling renewal over at The Vinyl Engine.

I had the same problem with my SME 3009 arm recently and early this week replaced the rubber bushings with new ones I got from the local rep. here in the US which is flat earth audio. In your case you may have to get them from SME directly. Note that there are two bushings on the MKII arm. It is pretty easy to replace them, I used 91% isopropyl alcohol to clean the pieces after I removed the old rubber bushings. (Small long tweezers really help for removing the bushing at the very end. ) Service sheet provides all the info needed. Make sure you understand the bushing orientations before you apply any superglue..
