I had just got cr4 back from a tech that had all gages and alignment tools. It worked fine but I noticed it was slightly over the 3015 range for playback speed. Adjusted it to 3007-10 with a factory wf tape from nak. Shortly after that meter will peg all the way in playback only on dolby C noise reduction. It does this after playing only a few seconds. I noticed its also putting out about 6 volts instead of the half volt it supposed to put out. I'm thinking dolby decoder IC went south but wanted to get any possible expert opinions before ordering. It has the green poly caps and not the orange ones.
