How to remove the hinge-Technics turntable

Hi! need help!
How do I remove the hinges of a Technics SL-QD2 turn table? mine is broken and have ordered a replacement from ebay. Thanks!

Seems to me as it is the same like on the technics SL-D2. To remove the hinge, put a screwdriver from top between the TT housing and the metal part. Move the screwdriver gently and loosen the hinge from the plastic. then you should be able to slide the metal part upwards - towards yourself.
