Unfortunately I haven't a picture from this neon lamp, because it was already remooved.
This neon lamp is inside in the tubus (left side of the attached photo) of follow record player:

The manufacturer of this neon strobe lamp was Elevam:

Unfortunately it was not an article from the standard range. It was a custom made version for Micro.
Perhaps in Japan such lamps are still available.
Not helpful are normally used neon lamps in turntables like the photo number 3 and 2.
The greatest similarity I note to the both last pictures from attachment - found by a great overview of such lamps

typical sizes of standart neon bulbs for strobe applications by record player/turntable are very easy to find and looks like that:
Specs for Neon lamp/Neon Lamp - JIANGSU BRIGHT GROUP
and
ELEVAM corporation -Neon Lamp-
But not for the wanted oversized version from Elevam.
I have now find out additional news:
The Elevam model number of the wanted strobe light neon tube is follow: NL-72 (NL72, have a look to the attached PDF file) also used in the Technics turntable SL-1300 (SL1300) - maybe part No part No "SFDNNL78WM", but not sure in the moment.

BTW - the record player from Micro Seiki mentioned by post #1 is not the model 5. The right type number is "Solid Five" (Solid5, Solid 5)

Elevam NL-72
I'm looking for the same neon lamp for my Technics SL200 MKI (first generation). The MKII and above do not carry the same lamp.
I've enclosed a picture of the mentioned lamp and 2 pages of the service manual for my turntable. Look at page 7 and 8 you'll find an exploded view of the unit with corresponding part numbers at page 8. You'll see that the lamp comes has a one unit glued within it's shade/holder (item 6) and then comes what they call the holder (item 6-2). Which in my opinion is more like a decorative very thin aluminum shell cover than an holder.
To be able to get a picture of my lamp I had to cut open the white plastic holder which it was glued into it, then I manage to pull out the lamp.
So, after getting a negative anwser from Union Electronic Distributors from the state I turned to eBay with no luck either. I send an e-mail to EIFL in Japan after finding your post, they will probably get back to me this week.
As a last option we might need to purchase a complet used unit from eBay fro parts purposes only. Hope not to get to this point...
Anyway I'll keep you posted on the outcome and please do the same.

Try this: Take a few (4-5-6) turns of wire, enameled magnet wire # 18 up through 26, all light flexible stuff around the glass. Connect the other end of the wire to the chassis ground. Scrape th enamel or other insulation from the wire toget an electrical connection. Let us know if the lamp stays on without your touching the glass with your finger. Maybe it will maybe it won't

Thanks for the idea, I'm not sure where I can find enameled magnetic wire but I'll start asking around and I'll try it out when I find it.
I have heard, that this neon lamp is there still available, but I don't know exactly. Check out the exact part number from the service manual of this turntable and ask your local Yamaha service department for availability.
