what give the most clear sound?

Dual to Mono OPA627BP on buffer IV Dual to Mono LME49990MA

OR

Dual LM4562 on Buffer IV OPA1622

Sound card STX II thanks

I guess people are thinking why would either not perform well? And "what do you mean by clear sound?" in terms of noise, distortion, bandwidth etc?

The OPA627BP would definitely make your wallet go jingle-jingle much louder than the LME49990. The latter was killed by TI, so good luck finding one. You may want to look at the OPA1612 or LME49720.

If so, I'd suggest better headphones or speakers, I doubt very much the card is the problem.

i have 2x LME49720 and 2x opa1622 is 1612 better then 1622? thanks

Have you looked at the data sheets for those parts? That would answer your question. They're available at www.ti.com
