Greetings. ive been working on and off a fully DIY high power 2.1 amp. all i have left to do is a crossover for the subwoofer. im horrible at any type of crossover network passive or active so when i get to that point in a project i just stop. Anyway what i need isnt too complex. i need stereo to mono summing, adjustable frequency and at least 12dB slope. frequency doesnt have to be spot on, somewhere around 40Hz to 150 Ish, i need a schematic so i can implement it into by PCB. ive rummaged google for months on and off looking for a design but only found a couple that match what im looking for, but then they dont specify component values or pot pinouts.
i used this few times:

ive looked at LOTS of ebay crossover boards but the issue is i need to integrate it into my PCB. unless i rework the entire layout to just use an external crossover. which i could do but wouldn't be as simple. gives me somithing to think abouti used this few times:
