4th-Order filter = Ratios of two 2nd-Order filters?

I recall reading an article that described a 4th-Order filter in terms of two cascaded 2nd-Order filters with specific ratios of f3 and Q.

It looked something like this. The numbers aren't exact, just there to illustrate the point.

4nd-Order Filter with f3 and Q.

2nd-Order Filter 1
f1 = 0.89 * f3
Q1 = .765 * Q

2nd-Order Filter 2
f2 = 1.13 * f3
Q2 = 1.25 * Q

Is it really this simple? If so, is there a table of these ratios?
