I have a Technics SU-8600 with a sensitive Tape monitor that is sensitive to playing in both channels but can play in both channels for a longer period (several hours). Second problem is Tone on/defeat makes some noise in my left channel if i use it normal, if i change slowly theres no noise, crackle in my left channel Last but not most important is my Speaker selector is a bit noisy but not a problem since i son't use it, if it's an easy fix i will fix it I have tried contact spray
What spray are you using.

that's definitely not going to work...liquid lanolin? You essentially covered contacts with oil
It works, no more noise.
I can't say how much there is in the can but it cleaned my contacts and work fine, i did also use some air to blow away dirt that might have been making the contacts noisy.
