Remote control for Xindak XA-3250?

Hi guys, as a last source, I decided to ask here.
I have the above mentioned device, but lost/misplaced the remote control /long story/.
I did try few HiFi stores and distributors of Xindak products around Europe and China, even send few emails to the factory, but no response from them what so ever.
Anyway, I just want to ask, if anybody have one remote control for sale or any idea from where I can get one?
