The Kuartlotron - keantoken's simple error-correction superbuffer

I had some resistors bringing down my voltage just a hair (big resistors). I've got to say that I pulled them out because I was experiencing some problems with the volume I was trying to play at. Now that my voltage is a bit higher, I can play without that problem. It's my opinion that the voltage recommendations are too low unless you have 91db or better speakers.

I have a 2x12v transformer, and in retrospect I'd love to increase it - probably will at some point.

I'm using the older boards that had the error between some pico cap and resistor, without the regulators.

If you must increase the voltage, trim R5 so that TP is half of V+.

Done.

I'm at 12.71v and 6.35v now. If there is a sonic change, I'm not completely certain. Maybe slightly smoother and easier to read, but it took a minute to do with my double stack layout so it wasn't very back to back.

My caps are only 16v. I'd have to upgrade them to upgrade voltage. We'll see :vampire3:
