Relay audio switcher

I'm curious what people think of this method for switching audio with relays.

The goal is to switch with no DC bias to prevent popping.

Hence the 1 Meg shunt around the relay contact with a 10uF AC coupling capacitor. The high value resistor couples the DC level to the capacitor but the 1 Meg and 4.7K output resistor (R9/R10) shunt the channels to -93dB when the relay is open.

Any thoughts?
