Or maybe you just don't like JohnPetrucci guitar play...I can understand that..

Ha?What? On TL072? And 5 ecc83 followed by tl072 eq and tl072 line output buffers in a 3k $ rig? You must be kidding me right? Oh wait...maybe not? !

I don't see what a guitar application has to do with hifi.
Apparently not as it seems Triaxis highest reproduced frequency is 4khz, but look at the slope of the final eq and imagine what those 5 ecc83 bring to tl072 input...I think I saw endless discussions on how a dac can stress the i/v stage input if there's not enough slew rate to deal with the incoming signal at the inverting input...Do you think 5 x ecc83 in drive mode are less potent than a dac?
Yet Amek 2500 was a professional recording console which is still sought for today for some reason...
I only reacted to people being so sure tl072 aren't good enough for audio equipment...Apparently they are found in very serious and expensive audio equipment of the past, a past when discrete Neve recording consoles were setting the pace.

This is complete nonsense when noise is the measurement in question. You think an audio console based on NE5532 will measure the same noise-wise if those chips are swapped out for TL072s?
At line level, very doubtful you will be able to measure any significant difference between the two opamps. Noise and distortion will be dominated by circuit layout and interference environment.
