Yamaha MX-1000 transistors

I have a MX-1000 with blown powertransistors on other channel and I would like to get some help to select good and compatible substitutes for those, The original were EOL Toshibas 2SA1301/2SC3280 and 2SA1302/2SC3281. I have replaced the driver transistors already (used A1306B/C3298B subtitutes: A1930/C5171). What would be suitable currently available good substitutes for the power transistors? Do I have to prepare for any other modifications with new PTs? Would it be reasonable to change all the PTs to same types (in other channel too?) They do not cost that much and I would like to get a good result audiophile wise. I would put this old monster to daily use again although this restoration is done mainly for nostalgic reasons. Any other things I should do while I'm at it, the capacitors will naturally be replaced (excluding the 4000/47000uF big ones)? Otherwise the AMP is in really nice condition and the (so often problematic) display is 100% working so it would be nice to get this up and running again. Thank you in advance!
