XSIM download Link

Since my Leap no longer works, I need to design a 2 way passive crossover. The XSIM download web site using google does not look to be real.

Can anyone help me with a genuine XSIM website to download the software.

Do you happen to have the pdf format of "introduction to designing xover w/o measurement" ?

Being an old *art, so much easier for me to read something in print as opposed to from pc screen.
