WTB: GrubDAC or similar form factor USB DAC populated PCB

I'd like to request a populated and working GrubDAC PCB or a similarly sized USB DAC board to stuff into a narrowly spaced build. Must be fully functional. Not a big fan of surface mount, otherwise I'd handle myself.
