Hi.

Does anyone out there have a handful of mosfets suitable for classD amplifiers? 100-200V and "enough" amp's.

I don't need state-of-the-art, but just something better than IRF530/IRFP250/etc.

I can trade with components; caps, LCD's, xformers and lots more.

Trading is off cause a lot cheaper if you are located somewhere near Scandinavia.
