2SK369 or 2SK370 or 2SK170 or 2SK117 or LSK389
I dont mind which model, just one that will work.

389 won't work.
The 7 pin layout will not fit the PCB.
117, 369 & 370 are not equivalents to 170.

The ebay seller, alweit, has matched pairs of 2SK170BL currently listed.
I used an Atlas DCA75 to check four that I purchased from him. They all bettered the published transconductance spec of 22ms and were matched within 2% idss.

"matched within 2% Idss" is a selected pair. Selected for same Idss +-1%

Matched is quite different.
Matched to me means the Id matches when the Vgs is swept over a range that will occur during circuit operation.
