I recently acquired an SAE 5000, and two IC's have obviously been over-heated (partially melted). According to the board labels, and other similar devices on the board, the stamp on them was "RAYT7649". I think "T7649" is the key identifier.
Perhaps Raytheon made these. The case is DIP-14.
I am having trouble finding replacements.
Anyone have any or know where I can a compatible device? I only need two, but will buy three to have a spare.
