woofer up to 3000 Hz ?

Does anybody have a woofer in mind with over 90 dB sensitivity that goes flat up to 3000 Hz ?
I want to find something suitable for a 2 way system with a 98 dB Tweeter.

you'd need 2 woofers or a woofe that is 104db (to compensate for 6db approx loss due to baffle difraction.

try the Audax PR range.

I also agree for the Focal woofers, and I probably need 2 in each speaker to get up so high in sensitivity.

Which Audax do you mean as PR?

Audax has a Pro Range of hi sens. woofers. they make a 6" I dont know the model number but I guess their website will tell you.

TAD 1101H, 16 ohm 97dB/watt/meter 52Hz - 3kHz.
I've run this driver full range, with a Raven R-2 driven by a second order network. Not conventional wisdom.... but it worked pretty darn well.
