Hello All,
I have some BC550's with this logo. I remember that I saw this logo somewhere but can't recognize it. Probably one of the big companies' former logo.
Regards.
EDIT: Added photo

150 views but no opinion given yet. Can this be from a Soviet era Eastern Europe semiconductor manufacturing plant? No bad far a 650 Hfe part then.
Check this out 🙂

Very good source but doesn't seem exist in list.
Thanks.

Thank you guys.
I think the site below can't be matched in logo collecting category:
How to identify integrated circuit (chip) manufacturers by their logos - a great resource for How To's from Wikia
But no luck. 😀

Put up a closeup of the device?
Also look at the date code and also how the device is marked.
I'm going to guess this is a china made device if you can't find a logo anywhere by a normal search.

My macro capable camera has stolen thus I tried to depict the logo rather giving a photo. But I will post a photo anyway.
There is no date mark. There is a "n" just nearby logo. It is probably 20 years old maybe even older. It is hard to find info about East European, Soviet era semiconductor products also. I suspect that my BC500's fall into this category. I'm updating the logo.

Still looks like Aztec markings to me. Or maybe ancient Egyptian.
At least not alien 🙂
I got some photo of them. May help for curiosity a bit.
