That depends on the alignment used; no information about that on the pages linked to. FWIW though, the latter drive unit has a lower Q, i.e. is inherently better damped, so all other things being equal may (may) produce a 'tighter' LF, although since 'tight bass' is essentially a subjective term without a specific technical meaning, it can also depend on what it is you're referring to.

I'd go with the SPX350 - more cone area = (potentially) more low end.

How they've tuned the cabinet is another thing entirely, but that's where I'd put my money.
