Hey all.
I'm buying up the last of my components for the F3 poweramp I'm building, and the last thing I need is some inductors for the CLC power supply.
I've currently got two options, the Hammond 159ZL, which is 2.5mH, and can be nicely fastened to the chassis, or the Solen perfect lay 2.2mH, which is an air core (big plus), but will probably need to be strapped to my filter capacitors due to space restrictions (or at least mounted vertically).
Neither will saturate (hammond rated at 10A, and the solen is an air core ...).
Any advice will be appreciated.
