which fuse?

I'm making a circuit following a schematic where 2A fuse is used with the line voltage of 120 V. I don't know if I'll have to use 250V/2A fuse or 250V/1A. I can't find any fuse with 120V rating. Does the voltage rating matter when we choose a fuse?

As long as it's equal to or higher than your mains supply voltage, you're OK.
