I'm sampling data with a Texas DSP, applying a filter and the sending these data to a DAC at 44050Hz. I think I have to put a "reconstruction filter " just after the DAC. What kind of filter is usually used ? any reference ? any schematic sample ?
Thanks.

Thanks.

if the sound is good , filter is useless
If you like the sound of aliasing, high rf components, slew rate distortion, distruction of you tweeter and your power amp then you maybe like the sound of a filterless design.
As reconstruction filter you need an inverse sin(x)/x and a lowpass filter. A good compromise between impuls handling and out of band filtering is a bessel filter. But if you have a DSP oversampling (or interpolation filter) may be the better solution.
