Where to get these 6.5" drivers!?!

I have the (Vifa) tweeters, but don't know where to get the midwoofers... they gotta be nice; carbon/mica-polycarbonate with my favorite pincushion shape. Anyone know where to get these, or surplus/etc quanities of these?
