Someone will tell me if I'm wrong but the small caps by the input terminal are input caps too (wired in parallel with your new ones )

I'm not saying that all the mods will make a difference or are necessary, but that's yours to decide.
Long leads and class D!!! Added inductance, same with replacing SMD caps with leaded devices added inductance = added noise.
Ragga, is that C17 and C26? I can just remove them.

I have replaced all 4 output inductors with torroid type. I bought some blue/green 3/4" (o.d.) torroids and made them 10uH torroid by winding 17 turns of AWG#18 magnet wire. I can immediately tell a difference after the swap.
