Happen to know the make/model of the device? I would say the 102 and the brown-black-red marks would be 1K resistor. As long as there is not a misunderstanding as far as language and the R means something else.
The body color is slightly off to be silver mica. The color is a little too red rather than dark brown.

It is a Iwatsu scope. I wonder if those are similar to vishay foils in construction because they are flat, thats why I ask. But all standard values, nothing special.
Probably low-end thick film resistors: they do not show any special tolerance marking, meaning they are probably run-of-the-mill, ordinary resistors, used because the manufacturer could make/purchase them cheaply
