For this guy:
Sure 4x100W @ 4 Ohm TK2050 Class-D Audio Amplifier Board | Parts-Express.com
I have used car batteries in home to power the sonic T-amp. It works beautifully.
I wonder if I can just put this in a car and power it directly through the car's battery, which is charged by the alternator. Would it work?
If not, what would I need ?

This module has a PSU Range of 10v to 31v so a 12v car battery (actually closer to 14v when the car is running) would work fine , might not get full power out of them but they will work fine .....
You could even just run it through the cigarete lighter in yer car .....
Cheers

You could, if you were so inclined, build a PWM or SMPS to increase the 12 volt power of your car's electrical system to something closer to 30v. You would get more power that way.
The simplest thing would be to hook the amp up directly. It will work at 12 volts, though the power will be pretty low... around 10 watts per channel.
