What do you think of the D'Amore Class A amp?

A nice amp

Indeed. I don't know why they wouldn't list the power output separately for Class A and AB. Looking at the current consumption they should be different at the 2 classes of operation.
This amp must generate some heat in Class A mode. I use a 50wpc Class A at home and you can't put your hand on it after 1/2hr.
I would like to see the schematic for this one.

Try reading up on the design some more and maybe asking the designer questions about the amp before trashing an amp you don't know anything about. :) D'Amore Engineering does more than just amps, but if any of you would have looked at his website you would know that.
