Replaced the drain pump in our Kenmore Elite / LG washing machine. Only 8 years out of the first pump. Did my best to find a legit LG replacement rather than Amazon junk. So far so good
A Realistic turntable from the 1970s.
Only thing wrong with it was all the grease which had hardened. Had to take everything apart, clean it, and replace grease. I took photos along the way, but there was a moment still when I was afraid I would not be able to figure out how it all went back together.

I replaced the pump in my 8 year old washing machine too, but what did I find in the old pump? but short piece of wire from my shop jamming the pump impeller. In the end, I actually bought a new machine, but for different reasons. Gave first one to a friend who needed one badly and likes to play with this sort of stuff. It was a front loader and I hated it for a long time.
Our pump failed in the same way all the Internet repair videos for this model show (wobbly shaft from an internal failure). The manifold actually has two pumps and the first one I pulled off was obviously still okay. The other one, which is the harder of the two to reach, was broken
Pink Triangle Cordinal CD player. Leaking caps had shorted the PSU and blown the entire chipset. Quite a saga...
