Looks like around 10W-15W (less than 2W in triode mode).

How any tube will sound depends on the circuit, the OPT and your ears. Here's some scans of the WE 350B data sheets.

I had three WE367A tubes which I believe have the same guts as the 350B in a fat rounded bottle.
I ran them in a modified SSE board to test them. I found that they sounded much like a good 6L6GC, and made about the same power output.
Two were good and one had the gassy glow of death. I ran the good pair for a week or so to make sure they were OK, then sold them.

Ok, then , how many watts in class A single ended ? ( not triode )
Between 10 and 15 watts ?
Yes, between 10 and 15 watts. Actual output power depends on several factors like:
Plate voltage
Plate current (operating point)
Plate load (OPT primary impedance)
Type of bias (fixed or cathode)
The audible difference between 10 and 15 watts is not that great. Yes it's 50% (3dB) but your ears don't hear it that way. Remember, that point where the difference between two volume levels are just perceivable is said to be one dB.
