Hi, the note on the website says that they're not shipping international orders till the first week of January 2011. Maybe contact one of the moderators if you really can't place an order.

The "Amplifier Power Supply PCB" over at chipamp.com should be the right one (accessible within the order form). Here's a picture: http://www.chipamp.com/diyaudio/ps-pcb.jpg Looks like CCRC with rectifiers and indicator LED.
