I'm in the need of 6 each of the 2SK2013Y and 2SJ313Y MOSFETS. Does any one have some they can spare or lead me to a stocking source?

I'm working on placing a substantial order for some of these but it looks like the lead time is better than 17 weeks. I would like to do some performance testing before that time.
