Spoke with Tubes4Hifi owner this morning and have updated the below graphic to show correct wiring. Hope this may help others in the future.

Caution!
DO NOT fit 100 Ohm resistors; it sits across the High Voltage. Use 100K or better still 180k 1W.

Actually they are 330k resistors, not 100.
I think I I simply copied a resistor drawing from some other area of the drawing I made a few years ago.

I just updated my drawing and updated the initial post to show the correct value.

Yes, a circuit diagram would be beneficial but none was provided.
