Very unproffesional mesurements with iphone..
Final XO version probably will be without second 1R resistor on AL130, and maybe 1R5-1R8 instead of 2R2 on KE25SC.. but all that after serious measurements..

That is a very high order network! Especially on the high pass section. Remember in your simulations to account for distance differences between tweeter and woofer, and that each woofer will be a different distance. 🙂

Are you using a bigger box to get that bump under 100Hz?
Yupp and higher port tuning. Its a trick that makes a speaker utilizing small woofers sound dynamic. Exploited by about any manufacturer.
