Your used capacitors are 27 years old and 220uf /400 volt new ones are $108 USD for pair from Parts connexion and if you wait for 25% off sales several times a year you can get the pair for $79 USD, so there are new, higher voltage capacitors for less.

Thanks for that badman.
I don't think the Parts Express are the same sort of thing...I cannot find dimensions for their caps.
These are about 4.6" long (not counting leads or mounting stud and 2.8" across...really big things.
The voltage is 150VAC.
If anyone wants to make an offer by PM I will listen! Shipping comes after that. I pay Paypal. 🙂

........just a small bottle! 😱
[I could end that comparison by photographing the mains transformer at the local relay station! It travelled to the site with a police escort as it was taking up all of the road!]

You call that little thing big ... how about these one😀
GE capacitor 16uF/8000VDC, dimension 10 x 20 x 36cm, weight 12kg
Yeah but those arent film...
I have some nice 33uF and 8uF films, perhaps polymer electrolytics... they're a bit larger than a coke can and probably 1 or 2 kV rated (I dont recall)

I also have some in that range 5-47uf/450V IIRC...made by Iskra KNM series (motor running and motor starting MPP film capacitors)...also big and HQ.
If somebody want for free I have 3 pieces of 1600V 3x47uF delta cap. Paper in oil. Pick up in Belgrade. 24Kg each... 🙁
