Velodyne HGS10BGE: hum instead of music

Hi,

I have a Velodyne HGS10BGE that hums (no knob nor switch influences the hum) and plays at very low volume.

Does anyone has its schematic or can help me repair it?

PSU caps seem fine.

Just to add some more informations:

No information on the power amp, where I suspect the problem is.
