can anyone tell me what is the value on which to adjust the bias current of preamplifier Pass Labs X0.2? Thank you.

There is no adjustment for bias - it is set by constant current sources. The
potentiometers P1 and P2 on the gain stages are only for DC offset.

As close to 0mv as possible. Several companies shoot for less than + - 10mv..

The goal is to have 0 volts to the speaker terminal with no signal/muted.
