Hi All,

Before I blow everything up, would someone please validate my PSU wiring?
Yellow PSUs (current limited) are identical and contain their own diode bridge.
Digital display connections are color-coded as indicated; each display is connected to its own separate 9V PSU.
Is the ground OK for chassis ground?
How about protection diodes on the outputs?
Thanks,
Jacques

Hi
You need a fuse or suitably rated circuit breaker in the primary active line, that accommodates
the entire circuits current draw, a circuit breaker also for each DC polarity would also be advisable.

Your polarities are correct, however detail about each yellow section would help
to fully see what you are connecting. check also that your meter is happy displaying
negative voltages.

Forward biased diodes with suitable current rating, would help to ensure each polarity is
provided to circuitry then expecting that polarity. for Positive the anode from your supply ,
and cathode to the load. for Negative the cathode from your supply and anode to the load.
Forward biased diodes will drop voltage typically 0.6v

You need to chassis ground your ground returns to a common point called star earth
and return also from the star earth to safety ground, typically the earth pin of
your IEC socket. Earthing (Grounding) Your Hi-Fi - Tricks and Techniques
