Anyone have the wiring diagram for a UTC CG-15 or PA-15 output transformer?

Yes I'm familiar with those sites. Sadly they don't cover the CG-15 terminal diagram.

It appears the diagram was only on a piece of paper included in the box, or on the cover.
The diagram isn't in any of their catalogs. There were so many different units, it's no wonder.
