I've tried to simulate FM transmitter according to the attached file. The simulation does not get the correct output signal that FM is supposed to get. Is there anything wrong with the transistors that i replaced with 2N3904 because the original transistors cannot be found in the library.
Is there anything wrong with the settings that I've set? maybe you can suggest a circuit that can simulate FM that can be simulated with FM output using Orcad Release 9.2. Thank you.

I don't know whether your spice model or SPICE as such supports the simulation of the parasitic elements of a transistor properly.
This is important for the simulation of this kind of FM TX. The modulation is done by the change of parasitic capacitance(s) when the operation point of the transistor is altered.

Regarding your problem,no matter Orcad 9.2,9.2.3 or the latest 10(or 11 next year???),they do have the problem with the Japanese semiconductor model.You can try subsitute the originals with Philips,as the 2N3904/3906 are general purpose transistors.
