Well, I can't find anything of the following AC30. No technical details, no schematic. The reverb seems to be removed as is the vibrato footswitch. Any idea some body? Many thanks in advance...

I read that the Birch-Stolec AC30 underwent a change in that a unified control panel for the AC30 Top Boost and the new AC30 Top Boost Reverb was introduced. The hole for the Reverb control is simply blanked off in the Top Boost only model.

I therefore now conclude that your AC30 is the Top Boost model.

Hello Galu, you're right. After inspection, several parts were not placed, neither the potmeter. So that's a problem less. I found the vibrato connections and it's working. Found some dried electrolites in the power supply. Other caps and resistors are still within range. A new set of power tubes and it's up and running for another severall years. Great result, the AC30 Top Boost was the best amp I ever owned (yes I am feeling sellers remorse). I PX'd it for a Sound City 100 head. That was stolen shortly after I got it.
